Dutton Gregory: Responding to Change
Helping a market leading law firm respond to a legislative shift.
The renters rights act created a major shift for residential landlords in the UK in 2025.
Dutton Gregory is a market leader in residential property law and had built a digital knowledge hub to replace their popular legal telephone service for landlords, to support the market in advance of this change. Our task was to support the launch of this platform.
We build out the total target market, using data from Zoopla, Rightmove, Linkedin and other sources to map best fit residential landlords, including a mixture of firms and individuals.
We built out a high performing lead generation program that generated 100s of responses, filling the funnel with interested prospects keen to hear more about the service.

Specialising in the drinks industry, Cesium turned to us to help run hyper personalised lead generation programs that would effectively leverage content from the content and personal LinkedIn profiles of target prospects, their websites and other news sources. This personalisation led to extremely high engagement and responses from C suite decision makers, resulting in 100’s of conversations with very senior decision makers across the drinks industry.
